The I am Alive Surviving the Andes Plane Crash is the true story that demonstrates the values of a leader. This documentary goes much more into the detail and talks about how the survivors ate much of the remains of the dead. There was a documentary released in 2010 called "I Am Alive: Surviving the Andes Plane Crash" that includes interviews with the survivors and shows this photo (and many others taken during the 72 days and also during the rescue).
